Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.  This prize draw is only open to individuals aged 16 or over and who either (i) hold a Celtic Soccersaver Account with a balance of £100 and over; or (ii) make regular savings by standing order in effect as at Friday 25th April 2008; or (iii) send their name and address on a plain piece of paper to Soccer Savings Ltd, 17 Fitzroy Place, Glasgow, G3 7RW.
2. There are thirty prizes, each winner to “Play on the Pitch” at the Celtic FC Training Centre at Lennoxtown on Sunday 11th May 2008. Each winner will be responsible for their own travel costs and expenses in travelling to and from the Celtic FC Training Centre.
3. This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Soccer Savings Ltd or Dunfermline Building Society or any person, directly or indirectly, involved in the organisation or running of the prize draw, or their direct family members.
4. The prize winners will be drawn out from all eligible entries received by Friday 25th April 2008 (“the closing date”) by Sinclair Scott & Co, Chartered Accounts, Wellington Square, Ayr.  Entries received after the closing date will not be entered in the prize draw.  No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Soccer Savings Ltd retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Only one entry is allowed per person. Third party and bulk entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
7. The prize draw is only open to residents of the UK.
8. The winners will be notified by post within two working days of the closing date. The winners will be required to accept the prize within three days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, Soccer Savings Ltd will re-draw and select new winners.
9. The winners will be announced on www.celticsaver.co.uk within two working days of the closing date.
10. The Soccer Savings Directors’ decision is final in every situation including any not covered above.
11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to agree to be bound by them when entering this prize draw. 
12. We will not pass your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running this prize draw which you have entered and for carrying out your instructions in relation to your Soccer Savings Account.
13. We will publish the name and town of each of the winners.
14. The prize draw will be governed by Scots law.
